  Article 11- Costs of service

The cost of service by a Public Prosecutor will correspond to a flat rate fee of €50, starting from August 1st, 2013.

Payment of fees shall be made by bank transfers payable to the “Hellenic Ministry of Justice, Transparency & Human Rights”, at the following bank account:

All service requests in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation should comply with the described method. Requests not accompanied by proper bank receipt of the payment will be returned without processing.

  DEFENDANT NON ENTERING AN APPEARANCE
 
 

Article 19 - Defendant non entering an appearance

 

The courts in Greece, notwithstanding paragraph 1, are bound to give judgment if all the conditions of paragraph 2 are met.

An application for relief provided for by paragraph 4 may be entertained within three years after the judgment has been given.
