Adult sexual interest in children expressed through child pornograph - Telehealth resource, self help material and procedures
Initiatives to address the problem of adult sexual interest in children expressed through child pornography, with a focus on convicted or identified offenders.
This project used the research from a prior Daphne project which had developed a cognitive behaviour therapy treatment module for men who had been downloading/trading/producing child abuse images (child pornography). The intervention was modified to create a pro-active web-based resource for users and professionals that would educate, and provide self-assessment and self-help material. The contents were to be available in English, Spanish and Italian.
