Have your say!

Help shape European Justice Policy - respond to public consultations.

When developing policy and legislation, the European Commission consults widely with EU citizens and stakeholders through public consultations.

Feedback on roadmaps and inception impact assessments

'Roadmaps' and 'Inception Impact Assessments' inform about new initiatives, evaluations and fitness checks planned by the Commission. You have the possibility to provide feedback by expressing your views right from the start of the Commission's work on these initiatives.

Contributions from organisations: tell us about yourself!

Both individuals and organisations (NGOs, trade associations and commercial enterprises, etc.) are welcome to contribute to public consultations. However, in the interests of transparency, organisations are invited to provide the public with relevant information about themselves by registering in the Transparency Register and subscribing to its Code of Conduct.

Registered organisations

Your contribution will be considered as the views of your organisation, provided you indicate the name and address of your organisation and your Register ID number on the first page of your contribution.

Non-registered organisations

Please, Register now! Then submit your contribution as a registered organisation. If an organisation decides not to register, their contribution will be published as an individual contribution. (For more information, please check the Communication on Consultation Standards and the Communication on the follow up to the European Transparency Initiative).
