Have your say!

Help shape European Justice Policy - respond to public consultations.

When developing policy and legislation, the European Commission consults widely with EU citizens and stakeholders through public consultations.

Check out ongoing public consultations:

Have your say via the consultations currently under way. You can also find details of previous public consultations, including responses received and follow-up actions taken.

For a complete overview of public consultations launched by the European Commission, see 'Your Voice in Europe' Choose translations of the previous link . You can also subscribe to receive information on newly-published roadmaps and open public consultations via email.

Contributions from organisations: tell us about yourself!

Both individuals and organisations (NGOs, trade associations and commercial enterprises, etc.) are welcome to contribute to public consultations. However, in the interests of transparency, organisations are invited to provide the public with relevant information about themselves by registering in the Transparency Register and subscribing to its Code of Conduct.
