Call for applications regarding the setting up of the Commission expert group on a European insurance contract law
By Decision 2013/C 16/03 of 17 January 2013 (the Decision), the Commission set up an Expert Group on a European Insurance Contract Law (Expert Group). The Commission is calling for applications with a view to selecting members of this Expert Group.
