The Commission makes direct financial contributions in the form of grants to projects or organisations which help implement EU programmes or policies.
How to apply for grants: calls for proposals
Invitations to apply for grants are issued in the form of "calls for proposals" under a number of funding programmes
established to support specific EU policies and activities.
