The Commission provides funding in the form of grants to projects or organisations which help implement EU policies. Grants are provided in the field of gender equality under the funding programmes listed below. Interested parties can apply by submitting an application for the calls for proposals published under the relevant programme.

PROGRESS is the EU's employment and social solidarity programme. It was established to support financially the implementation of the objectives of the European Union in employment, social affairs and equal opportunities, as set out in the Social Agenda. It also contributes to the achievement of the Europe 2020 Strategy.
Daphne III Funding Programme
The Daphne III programme aims to contribute to the protection of children, young people and women against all forms of violence and attain a high level of health protection, well-being and social cohesion.
Its specific objective is to contribute to the prevention of, and the fight against all forms of violence occurring in the public or the private domain, including sexual exploitation and trafficking of human beings.
It aims to take preventive measures and provide support and protection for victims and groups at risk.
