Key figures on equality between men and women in work are also provided, as well as information on the EU's work to tackle the pay gap and promote gender equality and where to go for more details.
Gender Pay Gap Posters
The

use the concept of the lifecycle to show the gender pay gap at different stages of a person's life, from childhood to young career professionals, through to parenthood and retirement. Each poster uses a different image and question to highlight a particular inequality between men and women.
Gender Pay Gap Quiz
This quiz uses multiple choice questions to explain the gender pay gap in the EU, including its causes and impact on the lives of women. It features information adapted to each Member State so that the gender pay gap is placed in each national context. It also gives details of where to go for more information and advice, both for employers and employees. This tool could be used as part of a training session on the gender pay gap or at an information stand during an event.
