Overall approach

To successfully address current and future skills shortages, companies need to embed gender equality in their corporate DNA.

"Equality Pays Off" provides answers on how to integrate equality between women and men into business decisions. It proposes a comprehensive and unique approach that highlights the importance of integrating the concept of gender equality throughout the company – from corporate strategy to human resources (HR). The approach provides hands-on recommendation for actions that can be taken by departments working on either a strategic or an operational level. Sustainable gender equality requires the cooperation of everyone working at a company to make the idea of equal opportunities for women and men a self-evident principle.
