Apply now for a 5 month paid traineeship at the European Commission!

The European Commission runs a traineeship programme for university graduates from all over the world who have a:

  1. degree of at least 3 years of study (minimum a bachelor),
  2. very good knowledge of English or French or German.
  3. very good knowledge of a second EU official language (required for nationals of EU countries).

There are two 5 month traineeship programmes every year:

  • March to July
  • October to February

Applications are now open for the period starting 1 March 2016. Trainees receive a monthly grant of some €1,000 and reimbursement of travel expenses. Accident and health insurance can also be provided.

The deadline to apply is: 11 am (Irish time) on 31 August 2015. Please note that it is advisable not to wait until the last day to apply.
