When you start designing a website, you do not have to start from scratch. There is a significant amount of existing material that you can use or that you are obliged to use.
Standard templates
If your site is under europa.eu and is of an interinstitutional nature, meaning that:
- the information it presents cannot be attributed to a single institution, but to the European Union as a whole, and it is addressed to non-specialised audiences then your site should use the interinstitutional template .
- In all other cases under europa.eu, your site must use the Commission template.
