New dedicated website for questions and answers

The 'Your questions on MiFID' has moved to a separate dedicated web site for questions related to Single Market Legislation.

The website offers stakeholders, including firms, trade associations and investors, the possibility to ask questions relating to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (2004/39/EC) (MiFID) and its implementing measures (Directive 2006/73/EC and Regulation 1287/2006).

Different tools are offered on this site to browse existing questions to easily identify whether a specific question has already been answered. Please check carefully before submitting a new question.
