Statistics on temporary mobility

Statistics on temporary mobility show the number of declarations (and where applicable, the decisions taken) sent by professionals legally established in one Member State who want to provide services on a temporary and occasional basis in another country within the EU Member States, EEA countries and Switzerland.

Statistics are given on the number of declarations provided by the mobile professionals and where applicable, the number of decisions taken by host countries.

You can consult four different types of statistics:


Statistics on declarations and decisions

Declarations:statistics are provided on the number of declarations sent by the professional to the host Member State for the provision of temporary and occasional services.

Declarations received by the host country (Art. 7.1)- except cases covered by Art. 7.4.

Decisions:statistics cover cases where a prior check of qualifications can be carried out by the competent authorities in the host country for professions with health and safety implications.

The following possibilities exist:

The database contains information on regulated professions, statistics on migrating professionals, contact points and competent authorities, as provided by EU Member States, EEA countries and Switzerland.
Each country is responsible for updating information on its regulated professions, competent authorities and statistics.
The Commission cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information. However, if errors are brought to its attention, the Commission undertakes to correct them, if deemed appropriate.
