    Description of activities:
    L’infirmier dispense des soins de nature préventive, curative ou palliative visant à promouvoir, maintenir et restaurer la santé. L’infirmier évalue l’état de santé et le degré d’autonomie de la personne, pose un diagnostic infirmier et réalise les soins et les traitements adaptés. Il doit être en mesure de créer une relation de confiance avec le patient et son entourage. Il réalise l’analyse, l’organisation, la réalisation des soins infirmiers et leur évaluation, la contribution au recueil de données cliniques et épidémiologiques à destination des médecins. Il participe à des actions de prévention, de dépistage, de formation et d’éducation à la santé. Il agit en application d’une prescription médicale pour des actes et activités visant à restaurer la santé et il intervient en autonomie dans le cadre de son rôle propre.
