Ogni Stato membro ha
designato un coordinatore nazionale IMI (NIMIC). Compito
del NIMIC
è sovrintendere alla messa in opera e al buon funzionamento
dell’IMI a livello nazionale, provvedendo tra l’altro
alla designazione, registrazione e formazione delle
autorità competenti IMI.
Ai fini della cooperazione amministrativa nel quadro della direttiva sui servizi (direttiva 2006/123/CE) gli Stati membri hanno inoltre designato dei "punti di contatto" ai quali ci si può rivolgere in caso di difficoltà, ad esempio per essere aiutati a individuare l'autorità competente.
La Commissione europea ha da parte
sua istituito un Helpdesk IMI. Se il NIMIC non è in
grado di risolvere un problema a livello locale, può
contattare l’Helpdesk della Commissione europea per
e-mail all’indirizzo: imi-helpdesk@ec.europa.eu,
o telefonicamente al numero (32) 2 29 55470.
