Groupe de suivi du code de conduite du secteur de la compensation et le règlement
(Monitoring Group of the Code of Conduct on Clearing and Settlement - MOG)

Le 7 novembre 2006, les infrastructures de négociation et de post-négociation ont signé le code de conduite du secteur de la compensation et du règlement. Ce code vise à accroître la transparence et la concurrence des opérations de post-négociation.

Pour suivre la mise en œuvre du code, la Commission a créé le Groupe de Suivi du Code de Conduite du secteur de la compensation et du règlement (MOG). Le MOG était présidé par la Commission et comprenait des représentants de la DG Marché intérieur et services (MARKT), de la DG Affaires économiques et financières (ECFIN) et de la DG Concurrence (COMP), ainsi que de la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) et du Comité européen des régulateurs des marchés de valeurs mobilières (CERVM). Le groupe a été dissous en 2010.
