Mediation on private copying and reprography levies: Antonió Vitorino presents his recommendations
In November 2011, Commissioner Barnier entrusted António Vitorino, former Commissioner for Justice and Home Affairs, with the task of presiding over a stakeholder dialogue on private copying and reprography levies. In January 2013 Mr Vitorino presented his recommendations to Commissioner Barnier.
