| The Commission Services are preparing a report on the implementation and effect of the Resale Right Directive (2001/84/EC), as provided for in Article 11 of that Directive. In order to prepare this report, the Commission Services are seeking evidence-based information and views from interested parties. |

| Results of consultation and next steps |
|
The responses to this consultation serve as a basis for the Commission to draft a report on the implementation and effect of the Directive. The report itself will include a summary and analysis of the responses to this consultation. The Commission is scheduled to publish the report on the implementation and effect of the Directive in October 2011. |
