| Objective of the consultation |
| The aim of the consultation is to test the results of the study amongst the relevant stakeholders and to provide input to the Commission ahead of the Commission report on the application of the SE Statute, required by its Article 69. The Commission report may suggest amendments to the Statute, if appropriate. |
