Objective of the consultation
The aim of this call for evidence was to gather contributions by stakeholders and public authorities on the functioning of the Market Abuse Directive, in particular under the current financial turmoil, in order to assess whether it is necessary to review some aspects of the Directive or of its implementing Directives and Regulation.
