Objective of the consultation |
The aim of this call for evidence is to gather contributions by
stakeholders and public authorities on the functioning of the
Investor-Compensation Schemes Directive, in particular under the
current financial turmoil, in order to assess whether it is necessary
to review some aspects of the Directive ten years after its entry into
force. |
