| Objective of the consultation |
| The purpose of the consultation is to get feedback on
the feasibility study on a European Foundation Statute and on the need
for a European Foundation Statute, and to get more in-depth
information on the operational problems that foundations face when
operating cross-border. The responses will be taken into account in
assessing the need for and impact of a potential new legal form. |
