Consultation on the EU corporate governance framework

15.11.2011 – The Commission publishes the results of the public consultation.

05.04.2011 – The Commission today has issued a Green Paper launching a public consultation on possible ways forward to improve the corporate governance framework in Europe. The deadline for responses is 22 July 2011.
