Proposal for a Council Regulation on the Statute for a European Foundation (FE)

In February 2012 the European Commission presented a proposal for a European Foundation Statute in order to facilitate the cross-border activities of public benefit purpose foundations and make it easier for them to support public benefit causes across the EU.

Public consultation (16.02 - 15.5.2009) and feasibility study

In February 2009 the European Commission launched a public consultation on a possible Statute for a European Foundation. At the same time it published a feasibility study on a European Foundation Statute.
