| The study carried out by DLA Piper provides a comprehensive overview of the implementation of the Capital Requirements Directive (Council Directive 2006/48/EC and Council Directive 2006/49/EC) in the 27 EU Member States. The purpose of the study is to provide the Commission with a preliminary check of the transposition and facilitate the Commission’s assessment of the need for further action in this area.
