Member States consultation
Background
The purpose of this consultation was to gather Member States' views on different aspects related to the implementation, impact and scope of the PSI Directive. A questionnaire was submitted to Member States through their representatives in the PSI Group on 19th May 2008, the deadline for reception of responses was extended until the 15th of September 2008. 14 MS have responded to the questionnaire. The reports available are those cases for which the Commission has been given authorisation to make them public.
