The purpose of this tender:
Lot1: The subject of the Contract is the follow up to the PSI platform in order to promote a dynamic PSI re-use market across the EU in the 2013-2015 timeframe. It should create and maintain a web site, building on the work of the current one, provide news on the European PSI developments, legal cases around re-use, good practices and examples of new products and services, and further develop the community of relevant stakeholders.
Lot 2: Provision of services for the Publication, Access and Reuse of Open Public Data across the European Union, through existing open data portals. The services to provided are:
a) data preparation, transformation and publication services
b) training services in the area of Open Data in particular to favour the uptake of Linked Open data technologies by public bodies within the European Union
c) IT advisory and consultancy services in the area of Open Data, and in particular on Linked Open Data technologies.

Call for tenders: implementation of European Commission Open Data portal - SMART 2011/0050 (Deadline: 19 September 2011)
The purpose of this tender is the purchase of services:
- to develop and administer a web portal to act as single point of access to data sets produced and held by European Commission services (and by extension to data sets produced and held by other European Institutions/bodies and other public bodies);
- to assist the Commission with the definition and implementation of a data set publication process;
- to assist the Commission with the preparation of data sets for publication via the portal;
- to assist the Commission in supporting for engaging the stakeholders' community interested in re-using the published data sets.

phases, the contract "Implementation of the Commission Open Data Portal" was
awarded to TenForce bvba.
