In order to be able to measure the re-use of PSI in the Member States and Norway, the Commission ordered a benchmark study (MEPSIR) on Exploitation of PSI which will allow Europe to take further steps towards wider re-use of PSI. MEPSIR project Website
The study defines, tests and applies a methodology to measure the re-use of PSI in the Member States and Norway, serving as a basis for the review of the PSI Directive that will take place three years after its implementation deadline, before 1 July 2008.
