Co-funding

The Commission co-finances projects aiming to bring out the potential of PSI and projects that contribute to the goal of making information resources held by the public sector readily available.
eContentplus programme (2005 - 2008) is a follow-up of the eContent programme (2001 - 2005). EUR 149 million is earmarked in the eContentplus programme, some of which will also be (or already is) allocated for projects dealing with PSI (particularly in the area of geographic information).
- ePSIplus is a project co-financed under this programme. The Commission co-finances the project especially to obtain information for the evaluation of its actions in the PSI filed and to assess the impact of the PSI Directive (PDF file) for a review of the PSI Directive.
