European Public-Private Partnership for resilience –EP3R

EP3R objectives, principles and proposed structure are described in the non paper on the establishment of EP3R, devised in June 2010 (available here).

At the end of 2010, three Working Groups were launched:

  1. Working Group 1: Key assets, resources and functions for the continuous and secure provisioning of electronic communications across countries (ToR available here);
  2. Working Group 2: Baseline requirements for the security and resilience of electronic communications (ToR available here);
  3. Working Group 3: Coordination and cooperation needs and mechanisms to prepare for and respond to large-scale disruptions affecting electronic communications (ToR available here)

Expressions of interest in contributing to the Working Groups should be sent to INFSO-NIS@ec.europa.eu with the subject "EP3R Working Groups" and copy to ENISA's colleague Lionel Dupré (Lionel.Dupre@enisa.europa.eu).

Since its inception, private and public stakeholders were consulted to devise the objectives, principles and structure of EP3R and to identify incentives to engage relevant stakeholders in participating and contributing to it. The following EP3R-related meetings were organised:

17 June 2009
13 November 2009
