Information on national voluntary accreditation schemes, including any additional requirements pursuant to Article 3(7):

Article 20 of the current Law on electronic document and electronic signature stipulates the possibility for certification service providers to create organisations for voluntary accreditation.

The draft Law on amending and supplementing the Law on electronic document and electronic signature foresees the establishment of a regime for accreditation of certification service providers by a public body.
