Decisions of national judiciaries
On 30 November 2005, the European Institute for Public Administration organised in
Brussels, in association with the European Commission, a seminar for national
judges on Article 7 procedures. The present web page was created as requested by
the participants and as a follow-up to this seminar. It contains internet links
to non-confidential judgements by national courts, transmitted to the European
Commission on a voluntary basis by national judiciaries and national regulatory
authorities. It has to be noted that this web page solely serves the purpose of
being an information collection and distribution platform.
