The EU and the Seychelles met in Brussels on 15-17 April 2013, for the second round of negotiations to agree a new Protocol to the Fisheries Partnership Agreement, which expires in January 2014.

Just nu pågår trepartssamtal mellan Europaparlamentet, det irländska ordförandeskapet för rådets räkning och kommissionen. Målet är att nå en överenskommelse om reformen av den gemensamma fiskeripolitiken. Fyra möten har ägt rum och ytterligare fyra är inplanerade under april och maj.
