The 28th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) will be held on 21 June 2013, in Odessa.
In the working session of the meeting Maria Damanaki, European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and the Ministers of the member states of BSEC will exchange views on issues regarding the region and the Organization.
BSEC permanent members are the three EU MS (Bulgaria, Greece and Romania), Black Sea Synergy’s countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine) plus Albania and Serbia. BSEC observers are the European Union, Austria, Belarus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Tunisia, the USA and the Black Sea.
