(13/07/2012) The subject of the Contract is the collection and analysis of European Internet monitoring tools and methodologies. This will be done through a gap analysis for monitoring tools and methods and through the deployment of specific proof of concept use cases. Finally a set of recommendations based on the analysis will be produced in order to address the needs in this area. Those recommendations will be targeted to the appropriate European audience (scientific community, Internet Service providers, policy Makers).
