The second Green Standards Week, organised by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), is coming up. The event will be hosted by Microsoft and will take place in Paris, France.
ITU Green Standards Week aims to raise the awareness of the importance and opportunities ICT offers in tackling environmental challenges. The event will bring together leading specialists in the field, including policy makers, standard experts, engineers, designers, government representatives, regulators, etc. Participants may get involved in various forums and workshops. In addition, the award ceremony of the ITU Green ICT Application Challenge will be held on 17 September.
Participation is free, but registration is required.
