(06/10/2011) The European Commission, Directorate-General Information Society and Media, intends to launch a negotiated procedure for low value contracts (maximum value 60000 EUR) for the provision of a study on European e-signature market (Supply side description). The study will support the Commission in the elaboration of the impact assessment required to evaluate the revision of the e-Signature Directive 1999/93/ EC by proceeding an overview of the esignature supply side market.
