The total price quoted cannot exceed 70.000 EUR ; LOT 2: "Metrics and Methodologies for infrastructures: Smart-Grids" to assist with the assessment of the potential contribution of Smart Grids to the decarbonisation of energy supply in Europe. Duration: 9 months. The total price quoted cannot exceed 180.000 EUR.
