Innovation Award Competition for FP7 Participants - "Micro/Nano Electronics" and "Smart System Integration"
The European Commission is launching an 'Innovation Award' Competition for the FP7 projects. It will take place at the European Nanoelectronics Forum. Any participant or group of participants in a FP7 project from the area of "Micro/Nano Electronics" or "Smart System Integration" can apply. Several proposals can be submitted per project.

Workshop on the role of the European Clusters and Regions in Electronic Components and Systems
This workshop will build on ongoing initiatives, in particular SILICON Europe and the European Semiconductor Cluster Forum (ESCF). It will aim to take stock, exchange views and consolidate relations with the relevant stakeholders.

Micro Nano Bio Systems (MNBS) and EPoSS (European Technology Platform on Smart Systems Integration) Joint Event
In 2015, the EPoSS Annual Forum and the MNBS Consultation and Concertation Workshop will be organised (for the second time) as one joint event. MNBS is a cluster of projects targeting systems and applications that have, or interact with, biological components. EPoSS is an industry-driven policy initiative, defining research, development and innovation needs as well as policy requirements related to Smart Systems Integration and integrated Micro- and Nanosystems.
