The idea of intelligent vehicles that cope with safety requirements and adapt their energy is not new. Nevertheless it needs a long-term strategy and research.
The project eFuture, which started in 2010, has developed and demonstrated a "ground-up" Electric/Electronic Architecture for electric vehicles with focus on safety and efficiency. In October 2013, independent reviewers acknowledged the high quality of the project and its outcomes.
eFuture will be present in the ICT 2013 exhibition in Vilnius on 6.-8.11.2013. The demonstration vehicle will symbolise the overall system improvements and efficiency gains for a fully electric vehicle with a two-motor front drive.
