Consulta pública sobre cómo reducir el coste del desarrollo de Internet de alta velocidad
(27/04/2012) Una Internet de alta velocidad sostiene todos los sectores de la economía y será el pilar del mercado único digital. Por cada aumento de la penetración de la banda ancha en un 10 %, la economía crece entre el 1 % y el 1,5 %. En este contexto, la Comisión Europea desea recabar opiniones sobre cómo reducir los costes de crear nuevas redes de alta velocidad de Internet en la UE. En particular, la Comisión desea estudiar cómo reducir los costes asociados a la ingeniería civil, tales como la excavación de conducciones para la fibra, lo que puede representar hasta el 80 % de su coste total. >>EU reaches preliminary deal on future-proof roaming solution for mobile phone users

The new rules will lead to a structural and durable solution to the high cost of using mobile phones and other smart devices whilst travelling in the EU.
