• Profiles of potential partners. When obtaining a logon, users provide information about themselves and their organisation. They can flag their profile as public, so that part of it becomes visible to other users of this website. Click here for more details and tips to get the maximum out of your event profile.
• Research & technology offers. Potential partners who would like to participate in a project proposal and who offer their expertise in a specific domain are encouraged to describe their offer and publish it on this website. A research & technology offer can be linked to several Objectives, where it can be picked up by potential project coordinators visiting this website.
• Research & technology demands. Potential project coordinators or partners that have an idea for a project are encouraged to briefly describe their project idea and indicate which partners with a specific expertise they are looking for to join their project consortium. A research & technology demand is addressed to a well-defined Objective, where it can be consulted by anyone visiting this website.
• Presentations. Potential project coordinators could respond to the call for presentations if they wanted to present their project idea during one of the networking sessions at the event. The presentations remain online also after the event.
• Comments. Anyone that is logged on to this website can leave comments and remarks to any of the Challenges and Objectives for anyone else to read.

On this website, you can browse through all of these features that have been submitted by other people or you can submit your own idea. If you are logged on with your event profile, you can contact other potential partners.

• Step 1: Log onto the website using your Information Society Portal events profile. You can reuse the profile created for the 'ICT proposers' day 2009' or 'ICT 2010' event websites. If you do not have a profile yet, you can create one on the spot.
• Step 2: Go to the Objective page under ICT priorities to select the type of feature you wish to submit: offer, demand or comment. For uploading a presentation, you need to submit a research & technology demand first and attach the presentation to it. Alternatively, you can also go to the bottom of this page to submit offers and demands.
• Step 3: Enter the details of your idea in the online submission form. You may work on your offer or demand in draft before finally submitting it. Research & technology offers can be linked to several Objectives, but research & technology demands are limited to a single one.
• Step 4: Press the submit button to upload your idea. It will immediately appear online. You can edit your offer or demand even after you have submitted it.
