The media were invited to attend the opening conference of the ICT4EE as well as a press walkabout

Press Walkabout, 23 February – Afternoon
Journalists were welcome to follow a guided tour of the exhibition on the first day of the event.
For this purpose, theywere invited to book their tour and propose the time that more suit them sending an e-mail with "Press guided tour" as a subject to INFSO-ICT4EE@ec.europa.eu.

The Best ICT4EE Project Award Ceremony, 23 February – 17:30
The jury composed of 3 independent experts examined the top ranked websites from the Internet vote and selected the following finalists: BEYWATCH, OLED100.eu, OPERA-Net, SH/SG.

The winners of the Best ICT4EE project were announced during the Award Ceremony
Beywatch and Oled100.eu Projects were awarded the € 20.000 Grand Prize from the high level representatives of the two companies sponsoring the award: Livio Gallo,Chief Operating Officer, Infrastructure and Networks Division, ENEL and Henrik Rasmussen, Head of EMEA Industries, SAP AG.
