What we provide to exhibitors
What is provided free of charge
The following will be available free of charge to successful applicants:
the space allocated to your exhibit. The standard size of a booth for a R&D
project is between 6 and 9 square meters. In some cases this will be divided
into smaller units and in exceptional cases a double stand can be allocated. An
information stand will be smaller than 6 square meters.
walls and construction elements
some furniture (1 brochure rack, 1 cupboard with lock, 1 demonstration table and 2 chairs)
technical arrangements and infrastructure (Wi-Fi access 1Mbit/s maximum,
electrical power, lighting)
one poster (format A1) identifying the project/company
up to 2 free admissions to the exhibition and conference, including lunches
and receptions
an entry on this website and the exhibition guide distributed to
all conference delegates and exhibition visitors
What is NOT provided
The following items are NOT provided and the costs must be borne by the applicant:
- Supplementary Internet capacity
- Equipment costs (e.g. PCs, rental of equipment if needed...) - i.e. You have to bring your own equipment
- Transportation costs for equipment
- Travel and accommodation costs for personnel. Please note that
- stands must be staffed continuously during the three days of the
exhibition
- you should also allow time to setup the stand beforehand and to
dismantle the stand afterwards
- Insurance costs
- Any other costs associated with the stand
