The Future Networks 6th FP7 Concertation meeting is taking the form of one day plenary meeting, cluster meetings and additional project workshops as follows:
18 October 2010: Socio-Economics of the Network of the Future Workshop & ARTIST 4G Project Workshop
19 October 2010: Plenary meeting
20 October 2010: : Cluster meetings
The aim of this plenary meeting is to update the research community on the current and future EU ICT policy context and also facilitate the kick-off for the Future Networks Call 5 projects towards a fast integration with the running projects in the Future Network community. The 21 projects starting in July/September 2010 are invited to present their aims and main achievements expected during the project lifetime. They will also identify and present the milestone areas for which the support of and the cooperation with other projects in the network community would benefit them and where they will bring their expertise to the rest of the network community.
The aim of the cluster meetings and the additional project workshops is to facilitate exchanges of research results and discussion around well targeted topics of common interest amongst Future Networks project participants.
