Future Networks 10th FP7 Concertation meeting : Interactive features
Interactive features
To submit presentations or post comments, you must have an Information Society Events Profile. You already have an events profile if you created one for the previous Future Networks FP7 Concertation Meetings, ICT 2010 or ICT Proposers' Day Budapest event web sites. If you are not sure whether you have an events profile or not, use the password reset page to recover your details.
Networking
To facilitate your networking, you can browse a list of delegates attending this event. You can see who has registered and you can send messages to them (if they have enabled this feature). Note that only delegates with public profiles appear in this list.
Posting comments on workshop/meeting pages
Look for the 'Add a Comment' link at the bottom of the workshop/meeting pages. Your comment will appear immediately on the page, and will include a link to your Public Profile, so people interested in your comment can find out more about you. Your profile will also link to all of your comments across the site, so other participants can see at a glance where your interests lie and what your opinions are. If you do not have a Public Profile then only your first name, last name and organisation will be published.
Submitting presentations
The speakers to the plenary meeting, the cluster meetings and the project workshops can upload their own presentations on the corresponding section of this website.
- Step 1:
Log-in to the web site, using your events profile.
- Presentations: upload a presentation to give at the event.
- Step 2: Enter the details of your presentation. You may work on your presentation in draft form as long as you wish, before finally submitting it.
- Step 3: press the "submit" button to send your presentation. It will now appear online. You can edit your presentation/comment even after you have submitted it.
