ICT Proposers' Day 2009 :: Submit your ideas
Submit your ideas
To post comments and submit proposal ideas, you must have an Information Society Events Profile. You already have an events profile if you created one for the 'ICT 2008' or 'Köln 2007' event web sites. If you are not sure whether you have an events profile or not, use the password reset page to recover your details.
Posting comments
Look for the 'Add a Comment' link at the bottom of the objective pages. Your comment will appear immediately on the page, and will include a link to your Public Profile, so people interested in your comment can find out more about you. Your profile will also link to all of your comments across the site, so other participants can see at a glance where your interests lie and what your opinions are. If you do not have a Public Profile then only your first name, last name and organisation will be published.
Submitting presentations
- Step 1:
Log-in to the web site, using your events profile. Under 'Calls for
proposals', select the type of proposal you want to publish. You can
submit three types of proposals:
- Research & technology demand: if you are a project coordinator and are looking for a partner with a specific expertise.
- Research & technology offer: if you are a potential partner and would like to participate in a project and are offering your expertise.
- Presentations: propose a presentation proposal to give at the event. Deadline for submission was 19 January at 12:00. This option is thus no longer available.
- Step 2: Enter the details of your proposal in the online form. You may work on your proposal in draft form as long as you wish, before finally submitting it.
- Step 3: press the "submit" button to send your proposal. It will now appear online. You can edit your proposal even after you have submitted it.
