eEurope Action Plan 2005
The eEurope Action Plan started in 2000 with the aim of bringing the benefits of the Information Society to all Europeans. In May 2002, the Commission adopted a follow-up Action Plan to eEurope 2002, eEurope 2005, running from 2003 to 2005. The full text is available in all 11 EU official languages.
