Broadband Regional Workshop, 15 December 2003
Aim
The Broadband Workshop on Local and Regional Initiatives followed the Broadband Content Workshop on 15 July 2003, and was designed to discuss regional and local experiences for broadband development in under-served areas. This workshop brought together Member States and representatives of the private sector to discuss the plans and obstacles to the roll-out of broadband.
