Saferinternet DK HL: Red Barnet / Save the Children Denmark Hotline against child abuse images on the internet 3

The purpose of the project is to provide a hotline for Internet users in Denmark to report illegal and harmful material and activities, so as to reduce the circulation of illegal online content.

The objectives of Red Barnet are to operate a hotline in Denmark which will receive information from the public relating to illegal child abuse material; to draw up a manual of procedures in cooperation with law enforcement authorities and in accordance with best practice guidelines drawn up by the network; and actively inform users of the hotline's scope of activity and how to contact it.
