Reporting to EC templates

Templates for reporting to the EC

Projects are subject to regular progress and financial reporting as part of the deliverables to be submitted to the Commission.

Project co-ordinators are invited to use the following templates/guidelines for submitting reports, financial statements and deliverables. For all projects:

Template for audit certificates

An external audit certificate of the financial statements and underlying accounts, produced by an approved auditor, must be delivered together with the final financial statement where it is required by the Financial Regulation (Article II.3(2) c of the model grant agreement). According to the provisions currently in force, such audit certificate must be delivered by any beneficiary whose total amount of requests for payment is at least EUR 325 000 where the maximum total Community contribution for the project is equivalent to or higher than EUR 750 000. This audit certificate shall cover all financial statements. Its purpose is to certify that the costs declared by the beneficiary in the financial statements meet the conditions of the grant agreement.

Acknowledgement of EU funding

Project coordinators and all beneficiaries are reminded that there is a contractual obligation to acknowledge the EU funding they receive in all their promotional material including websites.

1. Logo

They should use the EU flag followed by the text "co-funded by the European Union".
